Why Haven’t I Received a Confirmation Email?

Automated account confirmation emails are sent out immediately after you join BateWorld. There may be varying reasons why you didn’t receive a sign-up confirmation. 


Sometimes new members misspell their email address. Sometimes confirmation emails go to the email junk or spam folders. 

Occasionally there is a glitch in the system and the email isn't sent out. If you don’t see the email in your junk or spam folders, contact BateWorld Support and we will get things resolved as soon as possible.
