How Do I Change or Cancel My Premium Subscription?

To complete changes or cancelation of your Premium Membership, please directly contact the payment processor you used to subscribe. 

If you don't remember which payment provider you used, you would have received an email from the payment provider after you made payment.

• SegPay: Visit cs.segpay.com and enter the credit card number and the email address you used to sign up. SegPay can also be called directly at 1-866-450-4000 (US) or +1-954-414-1610 (International). 

• CCBill: Visit support.ccbill.com and enter the billing information you used to sign up. CCBill can also be called directly at 1-888-596-9279.
