How Do I Have a 1-on-1 VidChat Session?

There are a variety of way to have a 1-on-1 VidChat session. But first, you'll need to open up the VidChat by heading to 'Cams' from the main menu. From the drop-down menu, select 'VidChat' then 'Open VidChat'. 

• The most immediate 1-on-1 option is to request a private chat. Once you're logged into the main BateWorld room, click on any username on the left and select 'Ask private chat with <username>'. If that member has their requests open, a new chat tab will appear that allows for text chatting just between the two of you. 

• The next way is to click on the username of the person you want to go private with and select 'Call 1 to 1'. This will notify the other user that they have an incoming call. If they accept, then a private video session is created for just the two of you. 

• Finally, any member can create a private room and invite other members to join. To do so, select the 'Rooms' tab in the upper left corner. Then select 'Create my own room'. Add a room name, then select private room. Create a simple password and then click create room. After the room is created you can invite individual members to join.
