Yes. You can create private albums for your previously uploaded photo media that only you can view. Read on to know how to set your media to private.
Via mobile
Select the hamburger menu icon at the top left of the screen, then tap My Profile. From the list presented, select My Photos then choose Edit Album on the album you wish to make private. Tap Edit Album Info then scroll down until you reach the options for Who Can See This Album. Choose, Only Me (Private) then select Save Changes.
Via desktop
Navigate to My Profile from the main menu and select My Photos from the dropdown list. Choose Edit Album on the album you wish to make private, then select Edit Album Info. Scroll down until you reach the options for Who Can See This Album. Choose, Only Me (Private) then select Save Changes.
Video media
While individual videos can be made private, there is no similar functionality for video albums as these are not displayed the same way as photo media.
