How Do I Change My Premium Billing Information?

All members are responsible for managing their Premium membership subscription. To change or update your billing information, please contact the payment processor you used to pay for your Premium membership. 


If you paid via SegPay


  • To access SegPay go to cs.segpay.com and enter your billing information. You can also call them directly at 1-866-450-4000 (US) or +1-954-414-1610 (International).


If you paid via CCBill


  • To access CCBill go to support.ccbill.com, and enter your billing information from the dropdown menu. You can also call them directly at 1-888-596-9279. 


If you're not sure which payment processor you used to purchase your Premium membership, all transactions would have generated a receipt sent to your email address as proof of purchase. If you're still unsure of your payment processor, contact us and we can tell you.
