How Can I Change Who Sees My Profile? | Privacy Preferences

By default, all profiles are public on BateWorld. If you're a Premium member, you have the ability to select who is able to view your profile. Additionally, all members can choose what activity other bators see from you in the Activity Feed on the Homepage. To access your privacy preferences, follow the instructions below.

Mobile 

Select the hamburger menu icon at the top left of the screen, then choose 'My Profile'. From the list, scroll down and select 'Settings'. Once on the settings page, tap the 'Select Tab' field and choose 'Privacy' from the options. Your privacy preferences will be displayed. 

Select whether your profile is visible to everyone on BateWorld or just friends. You can also choose which activity other bators see from you in the Activity Feed on the Homepage. Once you've made the changes that you want, ensure to scroll to the bottom of the screen and select 'Save Changes'.

Desktop 

Navigate to 'My Profile' from the main menu, then select 'Settings'. Select 'Privacy' from the left-hand menu and your privacy preferences will be displayed. 

Select whether your profile is visible to everyone on BateWorld or just friends. You can also choose what activity other bators see from you in the Activity Feed on the Homepage. Once you've made the changes that you want, ensure to scroll to the bottom of the screen and select 'Save Changes'. 

‼️ If you decide to make your profile private, a friend request must be approved before your profile can viewed by the bator sending the request, although your profile image will still be displayed.
