All members are responsible for managing their Premium subscription. To make changes or cancel your Premium Membership, please contact the payment processor you used to purchase your membership.
If you don't remember which payment provider you used, you would have received a payment confirmation email from the payment provider after you purchased your Premium subscription, this email also includes the purchase or subscription ID. Failing that, you can always contact us if you don't remember your payment processor.
There are two payment processors:
- SegPay: Visit cs.segpay.com and enter the credit card number and the email address you used to sign up. SegPay can also be called directly at 1-866-450-4000 (US) or +1-954-414-1610 (International).
- CCBill: Visit support.ccbill.com and enter the billing information you used to sign up. CCBill can also be called directly at 1-888-596-9279.
Please note: If you are on recurring Premium membership, ensure that all payment information is up-to-date and correct with the payment processor to avoid any renewal issues.
