Accounts can be temporarily deactivated for up to one year, which is the right choice if you wish to take a break from BateWorld. Deactivating means your BateWorld account will no longer appear in the search results or in friends lists. All that's needed to reactivate your account is simply log in with your email and password.
To deactivate your account navigate to 'My Profile' from the main menu. From the drop-down menu select 'Settings'. From there, select the 'Deactivate Account' tab and then the 'Deactivate My Account' button. You'll then be asked to confirm the selection by typing 'Deactivate', and then select 'Deactivate My Account'.
Your profile will be immediately deactivated.
