Navigate to 'My Profile' at the top of the homepage. In the drop-down menu select 'Edit Profile'. A new page will appear to edit your profile.
The first thing you’ll see is your birthdate. Here you can make changes.
To hide your birth year from your profile, check the box next to 'Hide My Birth Year'. Scroll down and select 'Save Changes'.
